More reasons to choose Tiggo Care

Our packages are bespoke

At Tiggo Care we understand how precious your loved one is to you and how unique they are. We also appreciate how overwhelming it can be to research and source the most suitable type of care.

We fundamentally believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ care package and like to work with you and your loved one to understand your specific requirements. We’ll then create a tailored care package and match your relative with their ideal carer.

We're fully regulated

Unlike some other care providers, we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission. This means we are regularly inspected, rated and audited and ensures that we are a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led organisation, committed to delivering the best possible care.

We’re also proud members of the Homecare Association, the U.K’s membership body for home care providers, which holds organisations to a high set of standards and requests them to abide by a strict code of practice

Our carers are fully vetted & trained

At Tiggo Care, all our carers undergo a rigorous recruitment and induction process. They are fully vetted and background checked, with all references followed up. Our carers also undertake their training on the best eLearning system currently available within the UK care market, ensuring they are well placed to deliver the best possible service. Specialist training courses such as moving and handling, medications and basic life support are also completed by our carers face to face, as we feel these courses are more effective when delivered in person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your carers English-speaking?

All of our trained carers speak English fluently. Most of our local carers can speak more than one language, so please don’t hesitate to tell us if you have any specific language requirements. Our care team will do their best to match you or your loved one with a carer who understands your unique needs, background, and interests.

Do I have to arrange care permanently?

No, we offer shorter respite care and temporary care packages too, although our live in care service requires a minimum of three days. We understand that some families may only need help for a short period—perhaps after a hospital stay, following a cancer diagnosis, or during recovery from illness or surgery. Unlike care homes, Tiggo Care allows you or your loved one to stay in your own house and receive personalised domiciliary care or live in care service at home.

Can you support overseas nationals?

Yes, we’re happy to provide care for overseas nationals, but it is unlikely that you will be able to secure funding from the local authority or the NHS. We regularly support people living with a range of disabilities, mobility issues, and complex care needs, whether they are from the UK or overseas. Our care manager can create a bespoke plan to support your health and life at home, whether you are local or visiting from abroad.

How quickly can care be arranged?

If you require emergency care assistance, we can provide high-quality home care in Knightsbridge within 24 to 48 hours. Our care team works hard to organise care swiftly, ensuring that people living in Knightsbridge or nearby can get help when they need it most. Whether it’s palliative care, elderly care, or complex care, our professional carers are ready to step in and visit your loved one at their own home. Contact us by phone today if you prefer to speak directly with a care manager about arranging care quickly.
