Chris is an experienced healthcare professional with prior experience as a management consultant and financier. He was inspired to start the business after he began searching for care for his mother, who in turn spent many years caring for his father at home. As a result, he's been immersed in the world of care for his entire life and understands how hard it can be to find the right care provider, especially if you have a rare disease like his parents.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in domiciliary care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people at every stage of their care journey — from frontline care worker to care manager. I’m passionate about helping individuals live happy, fulfilling lives, supported by friendly faces they know and trust. Since joining Tiggo Care in January 2026 as Registered Manager, my focus has been on creating a service where every individual feels listened to, respected, and valued. We are committed to tailoring care around each person’s needs, preferences, and aspirations, ensuring they are supported, not just to live safely, but to live well. I believe that compassionate care should be built on strong relationships, respect, and the simple dignity of being seen and heard.

She also plays a key role in compliance and documentation, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Her personal experience as a caregiver for her parents has given her a deep appreciation for quality care, making her work at Tiggo Care especially meaningful.
