We provide award-winning home care in Bromley, focused on helping you or your loved one stay safe and supported at home. Our care professionals offer one-to-one live in care, including round-the-clock help with personal care, household chores, meal preparation, and medication support. We also deliver award-winning night care with both waking night and sleeping night options, so you can feel confident that someone is there when it matters most.

Live-in care is a great option for those who want regular support with as few carers as possible. With our live-in care service, a single care assistant will live with you for an extended period of time and they will be available throughout the day to provide you with planned and ad hoc care support. Visit our live-in care page to learn more about this service.
Tiggo Care offers both waking night care, where a carer stays awake throughout the night, and sleeping night care, where a carer is on standby for emergencies.

Bromley is one of the greenest and most accessible parts of Greater London, with excellent transport links and peaceful suburbs like Petts Wood, Bromley Common, and Coney Hall. Neighbouring areas such as West Wickham, Eden Park, Park Langley, and Elmers End offer a similarly well-connected, relaxed pace of life. Home to the Princess Royal University Hospital, Bromley is a reassuring place for those who may need regular medical appointments. Whether you’re staying local or moving to the area, you’ll find a safe, supportive community ideal for older adults and those with disabilities.
Gentle weekly fitness sessions are a fantastic way for older adults to get involved in the community, meet new people and stay active. The Bromley Exercise Class is led by a qualified instructor, offering a low-impact workout designed for those aged 65 and over, beginners, or anyone easing back into movement. The focus is on building mobility, flexibility, and muscular strength in a fun and relaxed environment.
The class lasts one hour and is completely free. It’s a great way to enjoy light exercise in a friendly setting. The group meets every Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at St Andrews Church Hall, Burnt Ash Lane, Bromley, BR1 5AF. If you or someone you know would like to attend, you can contact Yvonne Conway directly on 07498 250350 for more details.
The Monthly Walking Group at Kelsey Park is another wonderful way to enjoy gentle exercise, get some fresh air, and meet new people. The group meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 10:30am for a relaxed stroll around the park to take in the scenery and experience the local wildlife. They set off from the Community Café in Kelsey Park, Manor Way, Beckenham, BR3 3LS, and head back to the cafe after the walk for light refreshments and a good chat. It’s a welcoming and social atmosphere, ideal for anyone looking to stay active and meet new people.
Dogs are welcome on leads during the walk, but not inside the café. Water bowls are available outside for furry friends. For more information or to register your interest, call Age UK Bromley & Greenwich on 020 8315 1850 and ask for Yvonne Conway or Shirley Simpson.
Our care services are based on personal experience
We understand, first-hand how important it is to secure flexible and bespoke home care for your loved one.
“Tiggo Care is born out of my own personal experiences, following my struggle to find suitable care for my parents, both of whom lived with rare diseases..."
Chris Williams - Tiggo Care Founder
At Tiggo Care we understand how precious your loved one is to you and how unique they are. We also appreciate how overwhelming it can be to research and source the most suitable type of care.
We fundamentally believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ care package and like to work with you and your loved one to understand your specific requirements. We’ll then create a tailored care package and match your relative with their ideal carer.
Unlike some other care providers, we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission. This means we are regularly inspected, rated and audited and ensures that we are a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led organisation, committed to delivering the best possible care.
We’re also proud members of the Homecare Association, the U.K’s membership body for home care providers, which holds organisations to a high set of standards and requests them to abide by a strict code of practice
At Tiggo Care, all our carers undergo a rigorous recruitment and induction process. They are fully vetted and background checked, with all references followed up. Our carers also undertake their training on the best eLearning system currently available within the UK care market, ensuring they are well placed to deliver the best possible service. Specialist training courses such as moving and handling, medications and basic life support are also completed by our carers face to face, as we feel these courses are more effective when delivered in person.
